How to Assemble JustGive Care Kits in a Few Simple Steps. . .
1. Collecting Items:

Collect the NEW/UNUSED items that you plan to donate (Note: a minimum of 3)

Find a plain OR transparent bag/container to fit your items such as:
Ziplock bag, paper bag, card board box, clear box, reusable/recyclable bags, gift bags
**Please do not use plastic grocery bags nor worn out/ripped bags**
2. Snap The First Pic!

Once you have chosen your minimum of 3 donation items, take a clear picture of the items and save this photo for the Standard/Full-time Submission Form; this photo is your 1st proof of volunteer work.
3. JustGive Logo Prep:

Print the JustGive logo sent to you via email (coloured or monochrome), trim into a circle, stick it on the front of your JustGive Care Kit(s)
OR If you do not have a printer. . .

Draw and colour in the JustGive logo (to the best of your ability), trim into a circle, stick it on the front of your JustGive Care Kit(s)
4. Putting it All Together:

Place your items in your Care Kit (minimum 3 items)

Ensure to stick your printed or drawn JustGive logo at the front of your Care Kit
5. Snap A Second Pic!

Once your JustGive Care Kit is all ready, take a picture of it from the outside and save this photo for the Standard/Full-time Submission Form; this photo is your 2nd proof of volunteer work.

If you would like, you can also take a picture of your donations inside the Care Kit.

How to Deliver your JustGive Care Kits in a Few Simple Steps. . .

Before Going to the Shelter(s) / Food bank(s)!

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and regulations for safety, it is ESSENTIAL to call the shelter(s)/food bank(s) you will be donating your Care Kits to in order to confirm that they are able to accept your in-person donation.

To stay on the safe side, on the call you can also confirm the types of donations you are offering to ensure they will be accepted as well!
2. Commute to Shelter(s) / Food bank(s)

Remember the shelter(s) / food bank(s) that you selected in your volunteer registration form

Commute to the shelter (s) / food bank(s) that you selected
3. Snap A Final Pic

Take a final photo of yourself standing with your JustGive Care Kits in one of the following positions:
- Standing at the front of the shelter / food bank building holding your Care Kit(s) (If present, ensure that the food bank/shelter’s name/sign is visible)
- Standing by the shelter / food bank’s logo holding your Care Kit(s) (inside/outside the building, but logo must be visible in photo)
**If you prefer not to include your face in the photo, feel free to make edits**
4. Final Step

Be sure to fill out Standard/Full-time Volunteer Submission Form, attaching all 3 photos you took as requested in
the form.
